EIGHT NATURAL LAWS OF HEALTH

These eight Laws of Health will give you an advantage in maintaining a healthy body.

 

      Pure Air - Breathing air which is as pure as possible.

 

  Sunlight - A limited amount of sunlight will give your body necessary nutrients.

 

       Abstemiousness - Abstain from those things which are harmful to your body.

 

        Rest - Relaxation and plenty of sleep are keys to your health.

 

  Exercise - Regular exercise will help your heart, sleep, body tone, etc.

 

     Proper Diet - Eating foods God gave us, instead of man-made foods.

 

      Water - Drinking pure water in proper quantities.

 

    Trust in Divine Power - A relationship with your Creator will give you a boost.
